· Cleanliness, punctuality, and a low-noise demeanour.
· Comfortable with basic English conversation. Bilingual ability a strong advantage.
· Comfortable with privacy-first clientele — no social media, no photographs.
· Someone who takes pride in the small things — the fold of a towel, the temperature of a room.
